Important appointment details
Credit cards are required to secure all appointments, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Missed appointments will be charged in full.
Same day cancellations that are less than 12 hours of your appointment time will be charged half of the service booked.
If you're late, we’ll need to adjust the appointment time so our next booked appointment will start on time.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
